Development and Impact Manager

The Development and Impact Manager will play a pivotal part in advancing We Are Healers’ mission by strengthening evaluation, impact reporting, and fundraising capacity. This position will design and manage systems that demonstrate program effectiveness, engage donors, and sustain long-term growth. The Manager will work closely with the Executive Director and program staff to ensure the organization can expand its reach, grow its cohorts, and elevate Native voices in healthcare.
