Kelly Rowe is a lifelong Oregon resident, who has dedicated her career to improving health care for Tribal people and underserved populations. She is a proud Member of the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde Community. Kelly has spent 27 years in the health care field, in positions focused on quality improvement, health care transformation and health system leadership. She currently serves as the Executive Director Health Services for the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde Community. Kelly grew up in rural Oregon and obtained a baccalaureate degree from Eastern Oregon University and a graduate degree from Marylhurst University in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
