Mandy Yeahpau is a filmmaker, marketing strategist, and passionate storyteller dedicated to uplifting Indigenous voices. Born and raised in Southern Oregon, she is of Comanche, Cherokee, and Tarahumara descent. Mandy holds a B.A. in Convergent Media and Communications with an emphasis on Video Production from Southern Oregon University.
Her work spans digital media, film, and strategic communications, all with a focus on increasing authentic representation of Native peoples. Before joining We Are Healers, Mandy served as the Social Media Manager for IllumiNative, where she worked to dismantle harmful stereotypes and elevate Indigenous narratives in mainstream media. She is also an award-winning journalist and independent filmmaker, with a deep commitment to amplifying stories that matter.
Mandy serves as the Board Secretary of the Indigenous Media Guild and is a member of the Roundhouse Indigenous Advisory Committee. Whether behind the camera or leading a marketing campaign, she is dedicated to celebrating Native brilliance and strengthening Indigenous storytelling across all platforms.
